Refund Policy

Refund Policy – We do take pride in taking care of our customers. However, since our products are digitally downloaded (considered intangible goods) and bargained priced, we simply can not offer a refund on all purchases. This is the only way we can continue to offer you quality products at a wholesale pricing.

We do however take requests for a refund for the following reasons:
*non-delivery of the product due to mailing issues, in that you do not receive a delivery e-mail from us.
*download issues: it may happen so that you are having problems with downloading of a product; in which case please contact our Support Team and allow up to 48  business hours for a response to your request.

Please note, requests for a refund are accepted only within the period of 1 week after the order is placed. You should accompany this request with detailed reasons why you are requesting a refund, along with your order number.

Your satisfaction with our products and the company is of our highest concern. We will provide a prompt resolution to you as part of our quality assurance to provide you with exceptional guest service.
